This year’s awardees include:

  • Meghan Shue – EVP, Chief Investment Strategist for Wilmington Trust, the bank’s Wealth Management and Institutional Services division, was included in the publication’s “Most Powerful Women in Banking: Women to Watch” list. Meghan has been honored by the magazine in previous years.
  • Carly Nathanson – SVP, Senior Investment Advisor for Wilmington Trust, was included in the “Most Powerful Women in Banking NEXT” category, which celebrates rising and talented women at earlier stages of their career.

The “Most Powerful Women in Banking NEXT” award recognizes high-achieving women 40 years of age and under who have successfully executed major projects, initiated meaningful change or are positioned to play a critical role for their employers and the industry.

“All three of our 2026 award recipients are well-deserving of these awards,” said Kevin Pearson, M&T Bank’s Vice Chairman. “We have established a great tradition of celebrating our women leaders here at M&T and Wilmington Trust. We are proud of Meghan, Carly and Mary-Ammielle and look forward to watching their accomplishments as they continue to do great things.”

Honorees will be recognized on October 22, 2026 at a dinner and ceremony at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
