The Oasis recorded a median sale price of $534,500 from August through October 2026, the most affordable median of the five communities. Hertz has sold homes in the community, and it is one of the three neighborhoods her team is working hardest this fall.
Heritage Lake recorded 22 single-family sales over the same months at a median sale price of $642,500, holding steady from a year earlier. Homes there sold in a median of 27 days, down from 30 days in the same months of 2025, and at 100% of final list price.
Audie Murphy Ranch is where Hertz built her record. No agent has sold more homes in the community than Jordona Hertz in any year since 2024, according to CRMLS, and she has sold more than 120 homes there. The median sale price was $700,000 from August through October 2026.
Her team also works closely in Quartz Ranch, with a median sale price of $763,928, and Centennial, with a median sale price of $640,000.

The pace picked up across the rest of the Temecula Valley too. CRMLS shows 288 single-family homes sold in Temecula from August through October 2026 at a median sale price of $772,500, holding steady, with a median of 29 days on market, down from 31 days a year earlier. In Murrieta, 297 homes sold at a median of $707,777, holding steady, with a median of 26 days on market, down from 29 days.
